There are currently three Naruto OSTs (Official Soundtracks) released. The first two are taken from the Naruto anime series, while the third soundtrack is from the Naruto animated movie. Here you'll find all of them available for download, including all 22 tracks from OST 1, all 19 tracks from OST 2, and all 20 tracks from the Naruto Movie OST. Additionally, you'll find cover & cd scans, as well as information about the soundtracks themselves. First, the informational aspect, divided into two columns, one per soundtrack:

And now on to the tracks themselves. The following is a list of the artist, track name, and length of track, followed by a download link. Each track is an MP3 encoded at a CBR of 192kbps. The playlist is a typical M3U type list. There are two tables, one for each soundtrack.
